Return Eligibility

All products purchased directly from Greenside Co. are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a full refund:

How to Initiate a Return

Email support@greenside-co.shop with your order number and a brief description of your reason for return. We will respond within one business day with a prepaid return shipping label. You do not need to explain or justify your return — just let us know you'd like to return it.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 2–3 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange products for a different item of equal or greater value. To initiate an exchange, email support@greenside-co.shop with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for. We will ship the replacement item upon receipt of the return.

Warranty Claims

All Greenside Co. products carry a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty claims are handled separately from returns and do not require return of the defective item in all cases. Contact us at support@greenside-co.shop with photos of the defect and your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship a replacement at no cost and arrange return pickup of the incorrect item. No action is required on your part beyond notifying us.

Items Purchased Through Third Parties

Products purchased through third-party retailers (golf specialty stores, etc.) are subject to that retailer's return policy. Please contact the retailer directly for returns on third-party purchases.
