All orders over $250 ship free to any address in the contiguous United States via FedEx Ground or UPS. Orders under $250 are charged a flat $12.95. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories ship for a flat $24.95 regardless of order size. We do not currently ship internationally.

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery to the contiguous US typically takes 3–6 business days after shipment. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse in Venice, Florida.

Address changes can be made within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in processing. Email us at support@greenside-co.shop as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Every product is backed by our 60-day swing satisfaction guarantee. If you practice regularly with any Greenside Co. product for 60 days and don't see measurable improvement in the relevant area of your game — or if the product fails to perform as described — we'll take it back for a full refund. Email support@greenside-co.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within one business day. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.

All Greenside Co. products carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, outdoor exposure beyond product specifications, or normal wear. Contact us to initiate a warranty claim.

The Portable Golf Launch Monitor has been independently tested against Trackman 4 across 14 data parameters and matches within 2% on ball speed, carry distance, launch angle, and spin rate in controlled indoor conditions. Outdoor performance may vary slightly due to ambient light. Full accuracy specs are included in the product documentation.

Yes. The Smart Putting Trainer attaches to any putter and works on any flat or low-pile surface — carpet, hardwood, tile, or a purpose-built putting green. It syncs via Bluetooth to the free Greenside Co. app on iOS and Android and does not require our putting green to function.

The Foldable Golf Simulator Screen & Frame stands 9 feet tall and is 10 feet wide. We recommend a minimum ceiling height of 9.5 feet and a room depth of at least 12 feet for comfortable full swing use. The screen frame can be adjusted down to 8 feet for lower ceilings.

The Foldable Simulator Screen is a projection surface — it works with any projector and any golf simulation software including E6 Connect, The Golf Club 2019, WGT Golf, and GSPro. Our launch monitor integrates natively with E6 Connect and GSPro via Bluetooth. Third-party integration guides are available on request.

The Premium Swing Mat has a non-slip rubberized base that works safely on hardwood, tile, concrete, and carpet. It does not require anchoring on firm surfaces. We do not recommend use on loose gravel or outdoor grass as the backing may slip.
